Danny Zelisko discusses his book, ALL EXCE$$, Occupation: Concert Promoter, in conversation with the Arizona Republic’s Ed Masley.
The long-awaited stories of legendary concert promoter Danny Zelisko have arrived!
After five decades of concert promoting, Danny shares some of his favorite memories involving some of the world’s top names in entertainment and sports. Included are Led Zeppelin, Roger Waters, Alice Cooper, The Beatles, The Grateful Dead, and tons more. Also Chicago sports legends Brian Piccolo (the subject of the movie Brian’s Song), Gale Sayers, and Ernie Banks. The book reveals Danny’s childhood passion for collecting sports memorabilia and autographs, all the way through his rise to becoming Arizona’s premiere concert promoter.
You’ll go behind the scenes as he tells you about the friends he’s made over the years, along with the stories that really happened. It’s 350 pages bursting with stories and never-before-seen photos on super quality paper (it weighs 3 lbs!) from Danny’s personal collection. The foreword is written by music fan and baseball legend Kirk Gibson.
